 Note : Orders placed after 7:30 pm will be processed for next day delivery from 12 pm onwards. Orders are held for 3 days post confirmation email.

 

EXPRESS DELIVERY OPTIONS

1. General Goods (<20kg): Delivered same-day within Accra by Yango, Bolt, Uber, or Local Okada Rider.
2. Heavy Items (>20kg): Delivered within Accra with services like Yango, Bolt, Uber, or Local Driver Service.

     Click & Collect in 2 Hours          

Need your items fast? Use our free  Click & Collect  service to pick up in 2 hours at any Decathlon Ghana store.  

• Available at Junction Mall, Accra Mall, and West Hills Mall.
•  Note: Fitness machines and bulky items over 20kg (except bicycles) take 1-3 days for collection.

        Same-Day Delivery Service          

Order between 10 am 7 pm to receive items the same day, starting at GHS 35 within Accra.  

•  Note: Not available for bicycles, fitness machines, and items over 20kg.

        Bicycle Delivery          

Get your new bike delivered to your home for a flat rate of GHS 150, or use Click & Collect for in-store pickup.

            HOW TO ORDER:

1.   Select Your Products  and choose your preferred delivery option.
2.   Proceed to Checkout  and complete your payment.
3.   Receive Confirmation  and enjoy quick, convenient delivery.

If an item in your order is not available at our Decathlon Accra Mall location, we will request it from another store before shipping. This may cause a delay in delivery, and we will keep you updated on the status of your order. Thank you for your patience.

 

Delays and Notifications

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unexpected delays (e.g., weather or carrier disruptions) may occur. In such cases, we will notify you via email/ phone call with updated delivery information.

 

Please Note:

• Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• The day you place your order is not included as a business day. For example, an order placed on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
• Unexpected delays, such as weather or carrier issues, may affect delivery times.
